Business Analyst Camunda

Description

Our client is undertaking a significant transformation programme within their Fraud function, covering multiple fraud domains including Authorised Push Payment (APP) Fraud, Card Fraud, Suspect Fraud and Payments Fraud.

The programme is focused on re-engineering end-to-end fraud journeys using Camunda and modern workflow orchestration capabilities.

Following the successful establishment of an initial delivery POD, the client is looking to onboard a Technical Business Analyst to support the creation and refinement of requirements, backlog management and sprint readiness for a second delivery POD.

This role will act as the bridge between Fraud SMEs, Product Owners and Engineering teams, ensuring requirements are sufficiently detailed, prioritised and refined so development teams can deliver efficiently.
