Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Analyst/Consultant to support a major business transformation programme within a leading banking organisation.
This role will focus on analysing, redesigning and optimising operational processes to drive automation, efficiency and improved customer outcomes through the implementation of a no-code/low-code and Agentic AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead current-state ('As-Is') process discovery workshops with business and operational stakeholders.
- Map, document and analyse complex end-to-end business processes across banking operations.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual activities, control weaknesses and automation opportunities.
- Design future-state ('To-Be') processes aligned to automation, AI orchestration and low-code/no-code delivery models.
- Produce detailed process maps, workflows and supporting business documentation using BPMN or equivalent methodologies.
- Quantify and articulate business benefits, including cost reduction, efficiency gains, risk mitigation and service improvements.
- Collaborate closely with technical and solution delivery teams to ensure process designs are practical and implementable.
- Support business readiness activities including change impact assessments, operating model updates and training considerations.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across operations, transformation and technology functions to gain buy-in and drive successful outcomes.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or BPR Consultant within a large enterprise environment.
- Previous experience delivering process improvement or transformation initiatives within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced process mapping skills using BPMN, Visio, Signavio, Blueworks or similar tools.
- Demonstrable experience leading workshops and facilitating discussions with senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements for automation and technology delivery.
- Experience identifying opportunities for process simplification, digitisation and operational efficiency.
- Strong documentation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting automation initiatives involving RPA, Low-Code/No-Code platforms or AI-enabled solutions.
- Knowledge of operating model design and business change methodologies.
- Exposure to process mining tools and data-driven process analysis.
- Banking operations knowledge across payments, lending, customer servicing, financial crime, operations or risk functions.
