  • Gap Analysis: Review existing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) to identify weaknesses and inconsistencies when viewed from a value chain perspective.
  • Prioritisation Modelling: Develop a framework for prioritising the recovery of value chains based on business impact, customer commitments, and revenue generation.
  • RTO Realignment: Analyse and propose updated RTOs for all underlying systems and applications, ensuring they are aligned with the recovery sequence of the value chain they support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and build consensus.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create clear and comprehensive documentation of the value chains, dependencies, and the proposed recovery strategy.
