Summary: In the role of Business Analyst – Billing, you will oversee and enhance billing processes for various utility accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, conducting research, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues. The position requires delivering exceptional customer support and developing reports to aid business operations. This is a 12-month contract position based in Warren, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide account management support for business, commercial, industrial, and government customers.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily workflow for the account management team.
- Monitor work queues and department metrics to ensure service level targets are met.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Investigate and resolve customer requests, complaints, and billing issues through coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Recommend enhancements to business processes, tracking systems, and training programs.
- Support escalated calls, enrollment, invoicing, claims resolution, and related tasks.
- Conduct analyses and prepare reports for operational and technical support.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives through process design and modification.
