Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to document project goals, business requirements, and user stories, particularly for the NIMBUS platform. The position requires strong experience in banking and operations, with an emphasis on agile delivery and backlog management. The analyst will support testing teams and work closely with project managers and development teams. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required, with knowledge of CRM systems being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to understand project goals and document business requirements and user stories
  • Create and document exit strategy, requirements, and user stories for NIMBUS platform
  • Assessing requirements and document the technology implications and requirements
  • Support business and testing teams during test execution
  • Act as subject matter expert, knowledge of CRM system like NIMBUS is added advantage
  • Close collaboration with Project Manager and Development/Tech teams
  • Work independently and self-driven
