Summary: The role of Business Analyst in Banking involves identifying and analyzing business problems and client requirements for a Blue Chip Banking Client. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to develop business requirements and support the creation of business cases, while also conducting feasibility studies and ensuring project delivery within budget and scope. The role is based in Northampton, East Midlands, with a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates must be PAYE via an Umbrella Company and undergo basic Security Clearance (BPSS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
- Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
- Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability Matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and Embedded in the organisation.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in developing business requirements and business cases.
- Knowledge of feasibility studies and project management.
- Familiarity with change management processes.
- Basic Security Clearance (BPSS) eligibility.

One of our Blue Chip Banking Clients is urgently looking for a Business Analyst - Banking.
Candidates must be PAYE via an Umbrella Company and will need to go through basic Security Clearance (BPSS).
For this role you will need to be onsite in Northampton, East Midlands (2-3 days per week). Rest can be done remotely.
