We need an experienced BA with a strong background in UK Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Management or broader Financial Services, with a particular focus on operational process design and business readiness.
Key requirements:
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience.
- End-to-end operational journey and process design.
- Client onboarding, account opening, servicing, fulfilment, hand-offs, exceptions and escalations.
- Process mapping, operating procedures and client/operational journey documentation.
- Client life cycle management and wealth operations experience.
- Operational controls, risks, approvals, ownership and service levels.
- Business and operational readiness, including launch-readiness documentation.
- Ability to identify operational gaps, dependencies and client/colleague friction points.
- Strong stakeholder management across Operations, Proposition, Platform/Technology, Compliance, Risk and Governance.
- Experience working in ambiguous build environments and bringing structure to requirements and processes.
- Understanding of client experience, conduct, operational resilience and operational risk.
