Summary: The Business Analyst will join the Current Accounts Change Team within Retail Banking, focusing on driving change initiatives related to current account propositions, payments, and customer journeys. This role is crucial for enhancing customer experience, compliance, and operational efficiency. The position requires recent knowledge and experience in relevant banking areas. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements from EPIC through to Story level.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and impact assessments to support delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Technology teams to design and implement solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and control requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of current accounts, payments, overdrafts, and customer journeys is essential.
- Experience in Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, and user story creation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of banking compliance, risk management, and regulatory obligations.
