Role Summary
Lead Business Analyst role focused on Asset Management, Data Analytics, dashboarding, and AI-enabled tools.
The role combines Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Reporting, Stakeholder Management, and Technical BA capabilities.
The position is based in London with hybrid working and requires three days onsite.
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract or contract engagement inside IR35.
Experience And Qualifications
Requires at least 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Asset Management or Investment Management.
Requires experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
Requires Agile or Scrum experience and the ability to collaborate with business and technology teams.
Seeks familiarity with Snowflake, modern cloud-based data platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Financial Services are nice to have.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements with business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze data, identify trends and insights, and develop dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, user acceptance testing, and analytics initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements reviews and support Agile delivery activities.
- Use Microsoft Copilot, Cortex Code, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to improve productivity.
- Bridge business users and technical teams to support successful solution delivery.
Technology and Domain Skills
Relevant technologies include Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and analytical reporting tools.
Relevant domains include Asset Management, Investment Management, data modernization, reporting, and analytics transformation.
