Summary: The Digital Business Analyst role involves supporting a banking client in delivering digital transformation initiatives across customer-facing platforms. The position requires analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and aiding in the delivery of digital banking products within agile teams. A background in Retail or Challenger Banking is essential, with experience in AI-enabled solutions being highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with product, technology, and UX teams
- Support delivery of digital banking platforms (mobile, web, onboarding, payments)
- Assist with UAT, backlog prioritisation, and sprint planning
Key Skills:
- Proven Business Analyst/Digital BA experience within Retail or Challenger Banking
- Strong experience delivering digital products or platforms
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements documentation skills
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven digital products (desirable)
- Experience with Open Banking APIs or digital payments (desirable)
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence (desirable)
