Summary: The Business Analyst for AI and Automation will focus on driving the adoption of AI tools within the organization, including AI-powered chat assistance and large language models. The role requires strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on AI applications. The ideal candidate will assist in refining AI-generated prompts and contribute to the development of AI-driven automation solutions. This position reports to the Architect of Enterprise AI and plays a crucial role in shaping AI strategies across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic AI Enablement: Partner with business teams to introduce, train, and facilitate AI adoption, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- GenAI Discussion & Support: Engage stakeholders in conversations about AI applications, benefits, and challenges, promoting informed decision-making.
- Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Assist users in refining AI-generated prompts for improved relevance and business impact.
- AI-Driven Process Automation: Collaborate with teams to develop and customize AI-powered bots for workflow efficiency.
- Agentic AI & Enterprise Search: Provide support for automation initiatives, AI-assisted decision-making, and enterprise search solutions.
- AI Performance Evaluation: Gather user feedback, assess tool effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Emerging AI Trends & Best Practices: Stay informed on advancements in AI technologies and contribute insights to organization's AI strategy.
Key Skills:
- 1-3 years experience in AI-driven business solutions, automation, or relevant industry exposure.
- 1-2 years experience in GenAI tools like langchain, OpenAI, including Gemini and other LLMs.
- 1-2 years experience in training and support users in effectively utilizing AI-powered solutions.
- 1-2 years of experience/exposure of AI-powered automation platforms, agentic AI, and enterprise search solutions.
