Description
This role sits within a retail banking environment and is focused on the replacement of a customer account opening platform.
They are looking for a Business Analyst with strong retail banking experience who understands the end-to-end account opening journey, including both customer and sales account opening processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, map current and future-state processes, and support the delivery of the new platform.
Experience working on retail banking systems, account onboarding initiatives, and understanding business costings/financial impacts of change would be highly beneficial.
