Summary: The role of Business Analyst is a temporary 6-month position focused on enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the Accounting & Finance Department within a Public Sector organization. The candidate will evaluate, design, and implement systems while collaborating with stakeholders and documenting processes. Key responsibilities include supporting project transitions, creating process maps, and conducting end-to-end testing of systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Support in transition of project & liaison with relevant stakeholders.
• Capture current processes carried out both in-house and by third parties to support streamlined solutions.
• Document process maps of property management services, both current and future designs.
• Create process maps and procedures for BAU users for Go Live.
• Document user guides and future procedures for Operations and Finance teams.
• Attend workshops and engage with third-party configuration partners.
• Support stakeholders/users with documentation, testing, and formatting of core information.
• Develop end-to-end testing for application processes in the system.
• Support implementation of Property Management Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations add-on.
• Assist in testing processes run through the system and document results.
• Work with system users for ad hoc requests.
