Key Responsibilities:

• Produce artefacts such as process maps, user journeys, business cases, and user stories to keep teams aligned.
• Ensure product decisions are grounded in evidence and meet user needs and business objectives.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure clarity and support successful implementation.
• Contribute to the evolution of the business analysis practice by sharing tools, techniques, and templates.

Key Skills:

• 2-4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a digital or consultancy environment.
• End-to-end project experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate between business and technical perspectives.
• Experience leading business analysis work, facilitating workshops, and producing clear documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery and working in cross-functional teams.
• A problem-solving mindset and the confidence to navigate ambiguity.
