Are you a Business Analyst looking for your next challenge? Do you love building relationships and turning complex information into clear actions and outcomes? Our Transformation Team team in the Midlands are growing, and we’re currently seeking a Business Analyst to join them on their journey.

About The Team

We are looking for a motivated and delivery-focused Business Analyst to join our Transformation Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our ambitious growth strategy, including acquisitions and the integration of newly acquired businesses.

Working across multiple projects simultaneously, you will help ensure integration programmes are delivered successfully, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance ways of working, and support business change.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and turning complex information into clear actions and outcomes.

About The Day To Day

You'll be working with stakeholders across the business and getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including;

Acquisition & Integration Delivery

  • Support the planning, coordination and tracking of acquisition and integration activities across multiple projects.
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and work with project teams to ensure delivery remains on track.
  • Identify risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns promptly and recommending practical solutions.
  • Challenge constructively where actions or deliverables are at risk, ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers and governance documentation to support effective delivery.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Elicit, document and analyse business requirements from a range of stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions to gather information and define requirements.
  • Produce clear and concise documentation, including process maps, business requirements, user stories and impact assessments.
  • Analyse data and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce risk or improve delivery outcomes.
  • Develop new processes, templates and ways of working where gaps are identified.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support

  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communicate project progress, risks and key decisions clearly and effectively.
  • Coordinate activities across teams to ensure dependencies are understood and managed.
  • Support project testing, change management and business readiness activities.
  • Assist in translating project outcomes into training and operational requirements to support successful adoption.

In addition to those core values, as a Business Analyst you should

  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst or project delivery role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements.
  • Ability to analyse information, identify themes and provide practical recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience producing process maps, requirements documentation, user stories and project artefacts.
  • Confident facilitating workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take ownership and 'roll up your sleeves' to get things done.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations or large-scale business change programmes.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
  • Experience working with operational, finance, technology or transformation teams.
  • Knowledge of change management principles.
