Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves delivering transformative change through innovative technological solutions within the Change Delivery Team. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, as well as mapping current and future business processes. The successful candidate will support User Acceptance Testing and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Map out current (‘as-is’) and future (‘to-be’) business processes.
• Create detailed functional requirements, business requirement documents, use cases, and user stories.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business transition processes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of structured analysis methodologies, BPMN, and MS tools (including MS Project).
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
• Strong analytical and product management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, from executives to developers.
