Summary: The UK Business Affairs Manager is responsible for leading complex cross-functional marketing campaigns and projects, focusing on strategic direction and execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a "go-to" and thought leader within and outside of the organization, developing points of view and standards for advertising and aligning strategic efforts.
- Work with senior marketing leadership to define project strategy and objectives, spearheading initiatives based on lead generation and customer advocacy.
- Manage client relationships for all media planning and partner with global Media teams to ensure strategies are scaled.
- Own development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategy to drive media and public amplification.
- Oversee analysis and insight development from data to uncover new marketing opportunities.
- Exercise sound judgment to uphold Core Values & Code of Conduct, championing psychological safety and mitigating biases.
- Engage and lead multiple large/complex media agencies to elevate their day-to-day work.
- Lead efforts to analyze, track, and report on campaign/project ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM systems.
- Promote, nurture, and manage external relationships with venues and vendors (AV planning, activation, swag, speaker agents).
- Enhance a comprehensive promotion plan that maximizes awareness and lead generation in collaboration with growth, content, and design teams.
- Own the development and implementation of creative social media content, social selling programs, and measurement strategies.

Role Overview

You drive the development of marketing strategy for larger products of the clients to increase their product/brand awareness. You collaborate with industry, partner, product, and marketing managers to identify and develop goals, content, and promotion strategy, manage budgets, negotiate sponsorships and participation for optimized outcomes, coordinate all logistics for and manage outside vendors. You serve as a regional expert and "go-to" person in the marketing and/or project marketing field, demonstrating leadership in the broader marketing organization and within a specific team to drive strategic marketing programs.
