Summary: The Business Administrator role at BMW Group involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR Director and team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and handling HR data. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director and wider HR team.
- Diary management, meeting coordination, room bookings, and visitor welcome.
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings.
- Minute taking for internal meetings and formal HR meetings.
- Monitor and action HRM inbox.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including retirement administration.
- Upload new starters and leavers to spreadsheets and internal trackers.
- Raise workflows in SAP or relevant systems.
- Input and maintain HR data.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and track HR budget spend.
- Maintain and audit HR logs.
- Organise 90-day coffee meetings.
Key Skills:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
- Further education in business administration or related field.
- Experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
- Experience working in or supporting a Human Resources or similar professional services team.
- Familiarity with confidential data handling and professional discretion.
- Experience using business systems such as SAP and D2.

- Support onboarding and offboarding, including retirement administration.
- Upload new starters and leavers to spreadsheets and internal trackers.
- Raise workflows in SAP or relevant systems (A2P, promotions, etc.).
- Input and maintain HR data (time audits, absence data, training trackers).
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and track HR budget spend.
- Maintain and audit HR logs (e.g. ER log, RTW log, holiday carryover, sick note tracking).
- Organise 90-day coffee meetings
What should you bring along?
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
- Further education (e.g. NVQ, A-levels, or equivalent qualification) in business administration or related field.
- Experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
- Experience working in or supporting a Human Resources or similar professional services team.
- Familiarity with confidential data handling and professional discretion.
- Experience using business systems such as SAP and D2.
