Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer account for Biscuits and Confectionery, ensuring effective communication and execution of the sales agenda.
- Forecast and deliver on the Biscuits P&L, contributing to the overall success of the account.
- Build relationships with Biscuits and Confectionery Buyers and engage with internal teams to align with customer strategy.
- Create and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds budget, negotiating through a Joint Business Plan (JBP).
- Own and execute all seasonal activities for various product lines.
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales numbers against forecasts while maximizing profit.

What will this role achieve? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Account Manager to work on a high profile customer account on a 12 Month FTC . As Business Account Manager for this customer, you will manage the customer account on Biscuits and Confectionary £50m Net Sales which is 80% of the account P&L. The role will contribute to our success through being responsible for the communication and execution of the sales agenda and is accountable for the forecasting and delivery of the Biscuits P&L. Working closely with the Account Lead the BAM will support the in delivering the business agenda and developing a multiyear strategy for the customer
What will be your key deliverables?
- Building relationships with Biscuits and Confectionery Buyers
- Engage with internal teams and influence the business to align to customer strategy, ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do
- Create, and execute a sales plan across Biscuits and Confectionary that delivers or exceeds budget, negotiating its execution through a JBP and providing a sales forecast.
- Support and challenge the business in the development of distinct customer execution aligned to the customer desire for exclusives and differentiation
- Own, develop and execute all seasonal activity: Godiva - Easter, Mother’s Day, Thank You Teacher, Valentine’s Day & Christmas, Sweet & Savoury Biscuits and Baked Snacks - Christmas
- Delivering the weekly and monthly sales numbers vs. forecast across Biscuits and Confectionary whilst driving sales and maximising profit
