Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking multiple experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support ongoing projects. Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across residential properties, working as part of a wider project team but with autonomy in the field. Key responsibilities will include:
Undertaking on-site condition surveys of residential housing stock
Capturing and recording data using tablet-based survey systems
