Summary: The Building Surveyor role involves working with a leading Social Housing provider in West Yorkshire to conduct inspections and surveys of residential properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and surveys of residential properties.
- Diagnose issues and make evidence-based recommendations for maintenance.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance repairs, voids, damp and mould, and condensation surveys.
- Create schedules of work based on findings and engage with stakeholders.
- Log customer queries during visits and provide a point of referral.
Key Skills:
- Technical qualification such as HNC/RICS.
- Experience in Social Housing or Local Authority environments.
- Knowledge of repairs, maintenance, disrepair, damp and mould, and voids.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deal with a diverse range of customers.
