Building Surveyor

Summary: The Building Surveyor role involves working with a leading Social Housing provider in West Yorkshire to conduct inspections and surveys of residential properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and surveys of residential properties.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance repairs, voids, damp and mould, and condensation surveys.
• Create schedules of work based on findings and engage with stakeholders.
• Log customer queries during visits and provide a point of referral.

Key Skills:

• Technical qualification such as HNC/RICS.
• Experience in Social Housing or Local Authority environments.
• Knowledge of repairs, maintenance, disrepair, damp and mould, and voids.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deal with a diverse range of customers.
