Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our local authority client in the North East for an experienced Interim Building Surveyor to join their Responsive Repairs Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of housing repair services within a focused and collaborative team.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for inspecting reported repair issues, assessing remedial work, and carrying out post-inspections. You will play a crucial role in maintaining housing stock to the highest standard by documenting accurate reports, raising repairs, and creating planned work packages including quantities and costings.
