Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sites predominantly in the Cumbria region with occasional meetings in Manchester.
- Obtain and maintain Personal Track Safety (PTS) and Working from Heights qualifications.
- Collaborate effectively within a team context.
Key Skills:
- Building Surveying degree or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
- Rail-specific experience with STE05 competency.
- Membership in a relevant engineering professional institution.
- Ability to pass drugs and alcohol screening and medical assessments.
