Building Surveyor

Summary: A Building Surveyor is needed for a 12-month contract focusing on property inspections along the rail route from Crewe to Carlisle, primarily in the Cumbria region. The role involves assessing the condition of various building assets, including stations and depots, and requires specific qualifications such as PTS and Working from Heights. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual property inspections of building assets including stations, depots, and lineside buildings.
• Report on the condition of buildings and provide necessary documentation.
• Travel to various sites predominantly in the Cumbria region, with occasional meetings in Manchester.
• Obtain and maintain Personal Track Safety (PTS) and Working from Heights qualifications.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Key Skills:

• Building Surveying degree or equivalent qualification.
