table>Astute s EPC Power team is partnering with a leading EPC Contractor within the UK Power Industry to recruit a Building Works Supervisor for their Waste to Energy facility based in Ellesmere Port on 6 months contract basis.

The Building Works Supervisor role comes with a day rate from 400.00 to 450.00

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Demonstrable experience in multi-storey fit out packages and preferably experience with power generation industry.


• Set key milestones for the Building Services scope of works.


• Good comprehension of standards.


• Experiencing in passive fire protection installation.


• Oversee the Sub-contractor for all fire alarms installations, fire safety.


• Supervise Between Building Services Installation and Fit out Works.


• Clear understanding of CDM regulations such working at Height and Temporary Works.


• CSCS card.

Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Building Fit-out Manager role:

• Ellesmere Port


• 400.00 450.00 per day


• Start date February 2025
