Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee M&E installations by specialist sub-contractors
- Report directly to the Principal Building Services Manager
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
- Support commissioning and final handovers
- Deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient building services
Key Skills:
- Recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
- DBS and/or Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience managing M&E on large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of current building services regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across multiple regions
