The Role
As a Building Services Engineer specialising in Heating, you will be responsible for the design, calculation, and specification of heating systems for a diverse range of projects. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality technical solutions are delivered on time and to specification.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and sizing heating system components and installations
- Creating and developing 3D models using Revit
- Supporting concept, detailed design, and execution planning phases
- Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Assisting with project delivery from design through to commissioning and handover

About You
- Qualified Building Services Planner/Engineer specialising in Heating (or equivalent qualification)
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in the design and planning of heating systems
- Experience with CAD software; Revit knowledge is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with a structured and proactive approach to work
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required
- Good German language skills
