Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Site Construction Manager, the Building Services Construction Supervisor will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient execution of the project. A core responsibility of this role is to ensure all personnel are deployed safely and that site activities adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental standards. Key duties include overseeing on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, monitoring progress, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring delivery to schedule and budget. The role demands a strong understanding of construction management, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. This role requires consistent on-site presence, so candidates should be based in the local area or willing and able to travel daily.
