We are recruiting for an experienced Building Safety Manager to support a Social Housing organisation through a critical period of building safety improvement and compliance delivery across high rise residential stock West Yorkshire. This Building Safety Manager role is not a standard operational compliance position. The organisation requires an interim specialist to lead a live programme of building safety work, strengthen compliance assurance, review existing safety processes and support the ongoing delivery of Building Safety Act obligations across multiple high risk buildings. The project
As Building Safety Manager, you will lead a programme of building safety and fire safety compliance work across occupied residential buildings. The Building Safety Manager will review current compliance arrangements, strengthen safety case management processes and ensure the organisation remains fully aligned with Building Safety Act requirements. The successful Building Safety Manager will also work closely with contractors, consultants and residents, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated and communicated effectively.
