Summary: The Building Safety Manager role involves working with a Local Authority client in East London, focusing on the preparation and commissioning of Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments. Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Safety Manager to work with one of our Local Authority clients in East London.

Requirements

  • Prepare and commission Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments
  • Uphold the guidelines set out by the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and Social Housing Regulation Act 2023
  • Management of high-risk buildings to ensure fire and structural safety for residents.

What You’ll Need

  • Able to demonstrate substantial experience in preparing Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments
  • Degree in Fire Safety Engineering, be a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Fire Engineers or possess an equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
