Summary: The Building Safety Manager role involves working with a Local Authority client in East London, focusing on the preparation and commissioning of Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and commission Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments
- Uphold the guidelines set out by the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and Social Housing Regulation Act 2023
- Management of high-risk buildings to ensure fire and structural safety for residents
- Create and implement fire safety strategies and building safety management systems
Key Skills:
- Substantial experience in preparing Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments
- Degree in Fire Safety Engineering or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
- Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Fire Engineers

What You’ll Need
- Able to demonstrate substantial experience in preparing Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments
- Degree in Fire Safety Engineering, be a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Fire Engineers or possess an equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
