The Role
You will take a lead role in ensuring our high-rise residential portfolio meets all statutory requirements under the Building Safety Act. A primary focus of this contract will be the development and drafting of robust Building Safety Cases and ensuring our Safety Case Reports are submission-ready.
Requirements
Qualifications: Must hold a CIOB Level 6.
Experience: Proven track record as a Building Safety Manager, specifically within a local authority or social housing setting.
