Summary: The Building Safety Liaison Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing resident and building safety within housing stock, particularly focusing on Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). About the role
We’re looking for a Building Safety Liaison Officer to support resident and building safety across our housing stock, including Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). You’ll be the key link between residents, other teams, and partners—leading resident engagement, supporting compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, and coordinating Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (RPEEPs).
