Summary: The Building Safety & Compliance Manager role requires a professional with experience in building safety management and a solid understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022. The position involves reviewing fire risk assessments, structural risk assessments, and ensuring compliance through site audits and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring statutory compliance across the estate through site audits, reviews, and reporting.
- Maintaining good overall knowledge of the 'big 6'.
