What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of site inspections across Cumbria, covering all non-HRB building types.
  • You’ll gain valuable experience and support in achieving additional classifications, helping you progress your career.
  • Write up reports and provide expert advice to owners, contractors and other construction professionals.
  • Your input will shape the safety and compliance of buildings in the area.

What you’ll need

  • Be a registered building inspector with at least Class 2 A for inspection
  • Be willing to spend three days visiting sites, with the other two working from home
