Summary: The Building Compliance Officer at KFH will support the Block Management team in Wimbledon, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Building Safety Manager in ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021, including Safety Case Reports and BSR registrations.
  • Coordinate and track building safety assessments (e.g., fire risk, asbestos, legionella) and remedial actions to completion.
  • Maintain accurate digital safety records and the “Golden Thread” of building information using PRISM and other systems.
  • Prepare and deliver safety communications, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders, and support policy reviews and regulatory submissions.
  • Assist with resident engagement on safety matters through newsletters, meetings, and other communication channels.
