Building and Construction Project Manager is required to work with a company which is a leading organisation in the aerospace and space industry, working on advanced technology programmes across satellite systems, spacecraft and space exploration. The business works across areas including satellites, spacecraft, telecommunications, Earth observation and space exploration.
The Project Construction Leader will lead CAPEX projects from feasibility and design through to construction and final handover, managing multi-functional teams, project plans, budgets, risks and business cases. The role involves developing building services design briefs, specifications and technical reports.
Skills
- Looking Strong Project Manager with construction experience.
- SMSTS or CCNSG.
- NEBOOSH experience.
- Strong stake holder management.
- Defence experience preferred.
