Summary: The Builder role at PH Jones involves performing general carpentry and maintenance tasks, including installation and repair work in Rochdale and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building and maintenance work
• Remove and reinstate boxing around boilers and flues
• Remove and reinstate cupboards and air cupboards
• Create access for pipework in walls, floors, and cupboards
• Remove decommissioned gas fires, brick up, open, and skim
• Make good in and around flues and air vents
• Conduct basic brickwork and plastering
• Carry out general carpentry tasks, such as lifting floorboards
• Reinforce walls for radiator hanging

Key Skills:

• Desirable to hold a CSCS/CSCS alliance red card or green card
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing preferred
• Experience in Central Heating Installations
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
• Must have a bulk-headed van and compliance-related documents
• Upper Tier Waste Carriers Licence
