Build to Rent (BTR) Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity for a qualified Financial Controller to own financial reporting, treasury and controls across a growing Build-to-Rent portfolio.

Leading a small team, you'll partner with operational and investment stakeholders, manage lender and investor relationships, and drive process improvements.

Ideal for a real estate finance professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for developing people.

12-month FTC, London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, controls and statutory accounts across the Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio.
• Oversee month-end, year-end, consolidations, audits and tax compliance.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, debt facilities and lender reporting.
• Own investor and stakeholder reporting, providing insight into property performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Lead and develop a team of three accountants.
• Drive improvements in systems, processes and reporting efficiencies.
• Partner with operational and asset management teams to support business performance and portfolio growth.

Location:: Central London, with four days per week in the office, 1 day wfh.
