We are currently seeking a Build Clerk of Works for a contract In Belize where the DIO have commissioned a new Ammunition base to be constructed. Our client is a well known project management consultancy who are renowned for successfully delivering government projects internationally. This is a £12m project where the main contractor has been on site for around 18 months and is nearing completion. Therefore a collaborative and solutions focused Build Clerk of Works is required to join the team support the project to completion in March 2026. 6 days per week. £475 Per day. Outside IR 35 10 weeks working, followed by 2-3 weeks Christmas leave, followed by a further 10 weeks. Start dates - 12th October for 10 weeks, return 4th / 5th January for a 10 further weeks. Ideally you will be SC or BPSS cleared but not essential as this can be processed prior to commencement. Accommodation and a contribution to subsistence is provided.
