Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating a comprehensive handover and knowledge transfer during the initial overlap period.
  • Supporting the strategic shift from a centralized build model to a developer-led self-service model.
  • Providing day-to-day build support for a variety of internal projects and external development partners.
  • Collaborating with the production team to manage project access and permissions.
  • Supporting 20+ concurrent projects, spanning a diverse mix of active titles and back-catalogue games.
  • Managing back-catalogue requests, including titles transitioning to new platforms.
  • Improving documentation, templates, and build best practices to drive efficiency.
  • Reducing single-person dependency to improve the overall resilience of the build function.
  • Assisting the business in assessing and shaping the long-term support and resource model.
  • Working directly with external development partners to establish and refine build setups and processes.

Key Skills:

  • Games Industry Background: Essential experience with Unreal Engine (4 & 5) and Unity across PC, Mobile, and Console.
  • Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C#, C++, and MSBuild for build automation.
