Summary: Oliver James is seeking a BSI CRM Developer for a leading financial services provider in Zurich to support the implementation of business requirements within the BSI Customer Suite. The role allows for up to 40% remote work and is part of a long-term transformation project in the wealth management sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost estimation, conception, and implementation of business requirements across BSI.CRM, BSI.EIP, and BSI.CX modules
  • Development of solution options in collaboration with Product Owners, architects, consultants, and developers
  • Close cooperation with BSI stakeholders, including project management, consultants, developers, and operations
  • Integration of various third-party systems via BSI.EIP
  • Support in the migration to the latest BSI software version
  • Contribution to incident resolution and bug fixing activities

Key Skills:

  • Very good knowledge of Java and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with BSI.CRM, BSI.EIP, and BSI.CX modules
  • Proficiency in SQL and Postgres
  • Experience using Git for version control
  • Technical understanding of asset and wealth management is an advantage
  • Fluent in German & English
