Summary: The Team Manager for Bromley's Children and Family Hub Team will lead and inspire a group of social workers to ensure optimal outcomes for children and families. This role involves providing strategic direction, overseeing assessments and interventions, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding legislation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Social Workers & Practitioners
• Ensure high-quality assessments, interventions, and casework
• Oversee Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Early Help cases
• Chair strategy meetings & multi-agency planning discussions
• Support staff through regular supervision, training, and mentoring
• Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and safeguarding procedures
• Manage performance, workloads, and risk assessments across the team
• Work closely with partner agencies to coordinate effective services for families

Key Skills:

• Experienced Team Manager with at least 2+ years in management
• SWE Registered Social Worker with a relevant qualification
• Proven track record of managing child protection & safeguarding cases
• Strong leadership, supervision, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-agency environment
• Knowledge of Children's Act, Working Together to Safeguard Children & relevant policies
