Key Responsibilities:
- Providing generalist administration support to all levels of employees and management.
- Procurement of consumable items across the contract, including stationery and PPE.
- Supporting onboarding for security clearance on client systems.
- Maintaining visitor access records and ensuring compliance with access forms.
- Managing databases and spreadsheets for information recording.
- Acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors with general queries.
- Supporting payroll and related systems when required.
- Creating and distributing communications from the business and client.
- Organizing wellbeing events and maintaining information resources.
- Conducting routine audit submissions.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a warehouse environment with knowledge of Health & Safety in nuclear projects.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload effectively.
- CITB Operatives certification is essential.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Providing a generalist administration support on a day-to-day basis to all levels of employees & management
- Procurement of consumables items across the contract; stationery, PPE, tea & coffee
- Procurement reconciliation and support
- Supporting Wincanton onboarding for security clearance on to client systems (WIMS)
- Progressing BPSS clearances and ensuring prerequisite training is evidenced
- Note taking in meetings as and when required; interviews, disciplinary meetings and reviews
- Maintaining the visitor access records and ensuring compliance of access forms
- To ensure that notice boards and room bookings are kept up to date and maintained
- Managing a range of databases and spreadsheets for information recording
- The first point of contact for staff and visitors with general queries
- Supporting with payroll, Kronos & Oracle systems when required
- Create and distribute communications from business and client on a frequent basis
- Actively advocating wellbeing across Wincanton; organising events, creating information backs and contact lists
- Routine audit submissions
Experience, Skills, And Attributes
- Experience of working within a warehouse environment and a good understanding Health & Safety aspect of a nuclear project would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Excellent IT/computer skills, proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point packages
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workload, including people and time
- CITB Operatives essential - upon successful interview
- Successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance prior to commencing employment, this includes being able to provide a minimum of 3 years consecutive UK employment/education & residential history
