Summary: This role is for a Brand Marketing Manager at a leading B2B company, responsible for executing site marketing activities in collaboration with well-known brands. The position involves managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, agency partnerships, and ensuring alignment with brand strategy. It is a 12-month maternity cover contract with hybrid working arrangements based in Northampton. The role is pivotal in maximizing brand awareness and generating interest through integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns throughout the site lifecycle
  • Plan and execute launch events with agency partners
  • Oversee multi-channel media campaigns (trade media, paid social, Google search, agent promotions)
  • Keep marketing collateral and site webpages updated
  • Ensure site branding meets high-quality standards across physical marketing materials
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to plan and deliver regular marketing content for social media, particularly LinkedIn
  • Leverage digital tools and AI technologies to enhance brand visibility and marketing efficiency
  • Serve as a key liaison between development teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment
  • Manage relationships with agency partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard
  • Provide clear and accurate project briefings, pushing for continuous improvements in campaign execution

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in Marketing Branding
  • Understanding of core marketing frameworks: Marketing Funnel, Brand vs. Product campaigns, positioning, and messaging
  • Experience in planning and executing activations, events, and launches
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy and engagement best practices
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Technical proficiency in website CMS platforms such as Umbraco and WordPress
  • Preferable knowledge of HubSpot, particularly email campaigns
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets across collateral, media, and events
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across various teams
