We are recruiting for a Brand Marketing Manager to shape the future of the Blackwoods Gin & Vodka brand.
Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Bonus: Up to 10% Discretionary bonus
Benefits: Private healthcare, product allowance, 23 days holiday, Eligibility for stock options after 1 years service
Ways of working: Flexible Hybrid – 3 days per week at the distillery (with occasional days in trade with distribution partner)
The Brand... Blackwoods is dedicated to celebrating the best Scottish produce. The original vintage gin. Each year botanicals from Scotland’s best crops are selected and distilled in small batches using a traditional copper pot still for the ultimate taste of Scotland. Originating in Shetland, Blackwoods embodies the spirit of Scotland. Packed with juniper and bright citrus notes the use of native botanicals gives their spirits a distinctive Scottish accent.
The Role… As a Brand Marketing Manager , you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the brand and will Lead on the delivery of the brand plan, building awareness and distribution of the brand in Scotland and other key markets, engaging with trade customers, leading events, and ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at the distillery experience. Take control of the execution of the yearly brand plan & marketing calendar, staying abreast of market trends and competitor activity whilst delivering brand performance and recognising growth opportunities. Lead the vision of the brand ensuring brand home experience is being delivered to the highest standards alongside the development of all marketing materials, content and campaign assets as well as delivering sponsorships, events, partnership and managing external agency relationships.
