About The Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial marketeer to take on the newly created role of GB RTD Brand Manager. This role will lead some of our biggest RTD products from our biggest brands, Smirnoff, Gordons, Captain Morgan and Johnnie Walker - from insight to execution to support Diageo's ambition to win in the high-growth, high-potential Ready-to-Drink (RTD) category. Ready to Drink products offer a powerful growth engine for our brands and our business: attracting new consumers, capturing new occasions, and delivering incremental value. Experience/Skills Required
Proven marketing experience in high-velocity, brand-led categories (RTD, beer, soft drinks, or FMCG). Proven executional experience in brand building, innovation, and commercial delivery. Role Responsibilities
- True end to end accountability for the RTD brands to deliver on consumer and commercial objectives - from being laser focused on consumer insight, commercial performance and how we exponentially grow our RTD brands in the right channels.
- Creative, Cultural & Commercial Excellence Act as guardians for the RTD brands both creatively and commercially. Building and creating product propositions and marketing plans in collaboration with key teams and agencies that drive excitement, relevance and awareness with both consumers and customers - executed full funnel to deliver the growth.
- Innovation and Renovation Leadership In a fast moving, dynamic category - the brand manager will be responsible for making sure we have the right formats, for the right occasions in the right channels - working with RTD innovation lead and innovation commercialisation to create new opportunities for recruitment and commercial growth.
- P&L Accountability Accountable for the P&L performance of their brands on a monthly basis. Identifying the opportunities and risks to the plan, in collaboration with commercial teams to create solutions.

As part of Diageo Baileys Global Supply manufactures, packages and distributes over 7 million cases of Baileys Original Irish Cream and Sheridan's Liqueur throughout the world from the 2 sites in Dublin and Belfast.
About the role
This role is responsible for the control of programs to produce Baileys Original Irish Cream and its component parts whilst ensuring that relevant risk management procedures e.g. Hamp;S, Camp;E, DIAGEO Quality Standards and Environmental considerations are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily receipt of ingredient deliveries, Stock control of raw materials and finished product
- Use of manufacturing programmes to control Baileys Irish cream production.
- 100% adherence to all associated quality checks from pre intake through to final product and recording of the results on SAP.
- Completion of all documentation, including for example; Production, Camp;E and Quality.
- Preventative and reactive maintenance on the plant.
- Participation in Hamp;S and continuous improvement activities through sites manufacturing excellence program.
- Maintenance of a high standard of plant hygiene and product quality
- Support all facets of asset care through Manufacturing Excellence program.
- Use the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) for all maintenance related tasks for individual assets.
- Use downtime tracking tools available on site
- Use data to interpret issues and apply effective root causing to improve efficiency
- Achievement of maximum throughput per day from the process plant.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Engineering qualifications or apprenticeships would be desirable.
Experience
- FMCG Industry experience, working to high Quality standards.
- Computer literate, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP are essential
- Technical aptitude, Mechanical Electrical and or Instrumentation awareness is an advantage.
- Knowledge of component supply and materials would be an advantage
Skills
- Great 'can do' attitude along with excellent communication skills.
- A keen team player within and across teams - who can lead on work activities, including manufacturing excellence projects.
- Technically capable of carrying out routine maintenance and minor repair tasks as well as the ability to demonstrate knowledge of asset care principles.
