Summary: The role of Experiential Brand Designer involves creating original visual identities and immersive brand experiences for a leading organization in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original visual identities for new and evolving brands, including logos, typography, color systems, iconography, and design principles.
  • Create immersive brand worlds with mood boards, visual guides, creative concepts, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual expressions across digital and physical channels.
  • Produce brand guidelines, playbooks, and asset libraries that ensure consistency and empower clients to implement with confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to co-create impactful brand solutions.
  • Present your design thinking and creative rationale clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and creative technologies, and know when to break the rules for innovation.
  • Contribute to creative workshops, ideation sessions, and pitch work when needed.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working in a brand, creative, or design agency (or equivalent).
  • A portfolio showcasing brand identity projects from concept to execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with Figma is desirable.
  • Ability to create flexible and scalable design systems.
  • Understanding of motion, digital design, or 3D is a bonus but not essential.
  • Confident communicator who can articulate creative decisions and collaborate effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
