Summary: The Brand & Creative Strategy Operations Coordinator role is focused on supporting the operations of a global Brand & Creative Strategy team in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing workflows, collaborating with team members, and driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include project management, change management, and budget tracking. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or creative operations and be adept at using project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion and maintain project and capacity management workflows (e.g., Wrike), ensuring data accuracy, identifying risks, and proposing efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to develop process documentation, workflow guides, and enablement materials to embed best practices.
- Support change-management efforts for brand initiatives, including updates and new template rollouts, by preparing communications, stakeholder materials, and feedback loops.
- Evaluate and advocate for new technology solutions (including GenAI tools), gathering user input and recommending enhancements.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining data-driven reports and dashboards, supporting KPI tracking and turning insights into actionable steps.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and other finance-related operational tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage deliverables and support procurement and onboarding processes.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by supporting onboarding, training, and sharing operational best practices.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years in marketing/creative operations, PMO, or agency production support.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike preferred), advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, and GenAI or emerging tech.
- Worked with change management, enablement, and training in cross-functional environments.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; project management certification (e.g., CAPM, Prince2 Foundation) is a plus.
