Summary: The Brand Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover) role at Douglas & Grahame involves ensuring brand consistency across various channels while supporting the marketing department in strategic efforts to enhance brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading on all pre-production elements of brand photoshoots
  • Managing the outputs of brand photoshoots including the production of POS, brochures, etc.
  • Managing brand samples and holding responsibility for the administration of those samples
  • Maintaining trademark registrations and liaising with the intellectual property company
  • Supporting the Brand Manager in the execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Administration of brand activity

Key Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing co-ordination or administration
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel for photoshoots
