Responsibilities:

  • Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows for the product or function
  • Demonstrate an ability to apply curiosity and critical thinking in data mining and analytics to drive optimization and improve data quality
  • Conduct strategic data analysis across relational databases, identify insights & implications to make strategic recommendations, develop data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis
  • Understand the global implications & applicability of the recommendations and effectively communicate them to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business partners to analyze complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards; design new workflows to transform business requirements into concrete insights
  • Program new transformations, mappings, workflows and loading procedures using ETL technologies to implement business rules using the best practices to achieve high performance
  • Document and reference key facts uncovered during research and analysis process
  • Lead systems change process from requirements through implementation; provide user and operational support of applications to business users
